Convenience Specialist


Overview of Position:

Harris, Rothenberg International provides work and family benefits to corporations nationwide. Our organization is seeking a Convenience Specialist to work as part of a team, assisting families and caregivers to locate resources and referrals specific to their personal and/or family needs.

Convenience Specialist Responsibilities Include:
  • Through professional and courteous service, provide consultation on general community resources
  • Through independent research and expertise respond to client requests for general convenience inquiries (i.e. Pet care, vacation planning, car rentals, relocation)
  • Conduct ongoing follow-up to ensure that client request have been fulfilled and have exceeded expectation
  • Independently and proactively uncover new resources nationally
  • Attend required trainings as requested by direct supervisor
  • Maintain a positive attitude with all external and internal clients
Area of Accountability:
  • Keep track of personal progress and goals. 
  • Maintain scheduling flexibility (may need to work 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM a few days a month) 
  • Create positive team attitude as it applies to productivity and professionalism
  • Impact clients in a positive manner to ensure experience exceeds their expectations.
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years direct customer service work experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the concierge/hospitality industry preferred
  • Must be an organized, motivated and goal oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a requirement
  • Proficiency in computers – data entry knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications
